Organize Ads using Boards
When you save ads to your Swipe File they can be organized into Boards. Ads can exist in multiple boards and boards exist within folders.
To create a board:
Click the “Plus” icon in your sidebar
Click “Create Board”
Add a name
Click “Create Board”
How to Share a Board
Boards are a collection ads - think of it like Pinterest for ads. You can share a board via a public link with anyone, even if they don’t have a Foreplay account.
How to share a board:
Open a board from the side bar
Click the “Share” button in the top right corner (this copies a link to your clipboard)
Send the link to anyone

Tips Organize your Swipe File
Organizing your Swipe File is a breeze. The main board dropdown under each add card allows you to select 1 or multiple boards for the ad to live in, create boards or folders and remove ads from Boards.
How to use Folders
📂 Folders can be used to organize everything within your Foreplay account including:
The only product or feature that will not be available from your main sidebar is Lens brands and lens reports. When you open Lens there is a new sidebar where each brand has it’s own folder structure to organize reports.
Create & Manage Folders
To create folders:
Click the “Plus” icon in your sidebar
Click “Create Folder”
Add a name
Click “Create Folder”

To create boards:
Click the “Plus” icon in your sidebar
Click “New Board”
Add a name
Click “Create Board”
